I have never been happier with an auto shop! I called around shopping for the best price to get my axle replaced and I decided to give them a try based on the wonderful reviews I have seen online. I got a reasonable quote over the phone. Paul and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond by making sure I had a ride home after I dropped my car off for repair. Paul also worked hard to get me covered by the protection plan that I purchased through Carmax when I bought my car, and it turned out I was covered. I found myself very comfortable with them and unlike other shops, I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me because of my gender. They walked me through everything that needed to be done before it got done, and they did it in a timely manner. Paul also followed up with me after the repair, which is rare for auto repair shops to do. I recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers. They know what they are doing!
