I have been going to Don's for 10 years and find him trustworthy. As a widowed female with old cars this is critical. I don't think any business is perfect and I have paid the diagnostic fee when needed, but find he is on my side and not trying falsely make money. I like all the staff and they put up with my endless questions.

Very honest, cordial,friendly, and knowledge of there work, I had just put 2 tires on the car 3 days before traveling from Nj to Mass for the weekend and on the drive there, I felt a vibration on the front of my Venza, so on Friday after Thanksgiving I gave them a call and they understand situation and told me to just come in with no appointment, also I toad I needed an alignment, but they was honest enough to let me know that I just needed balance on the tires, price wise it was less than I expected to pay, so I truly and highly recommend this place, thanks for your services, and guys that read me I give this place @ A+++

I called Don's with a vehicle problem on Monday afternoon and I was able to drop it off that evening for the repair on Tuesday. I received a phone call at approx. 9:30 am with an estimate and a text at 11:30 that my car was ready for pick up! From my initial phone call to the pick up of my vehicle everyone I dealt with was very friendly and I felt I was taken care of very fairly. AND because my repair was over $50 I received a free car wash!

Work done was very good, prices appears to be fair.
