Had my truck Fluid Filmed for about $250 including hinges, tailgate and hood. Will be going back yearly as it seemed like they were the only ones willing to do a 11,300 GVRW truck. I was going to rate my experience 4 stars, because my truck did come out smelling like cigarettes, but the follow up card they sent me bumped it to a 5. Well done, Route 83.

I would like to say that I have been coming to Paul's Auto for more than 15 years. I will never go anywhere else. I trust his staff and Paul. I'm 69 and have many vehicles worked on by many companies who were less than honest.

The experience I had at this shop was second to none. Very warm environment from the get-go. My car was accurately diagnosed, repairs were completed as promised, and price was exactly what I was quoted. I also received a phone call a couple weeks later making sure I was happy with their service and was asked if there was any concerns or questions. Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. It is hard to find great customer service like this these days. Highly recommend!!!

I recently bought a used snowblower and needed to replace the carburetor. I tried it on my own but still ran into a problem. A coworker recommended Dan at Paul's Auto Repair. So I called him. He was great to work with! His prices were fair, he treated me well and he talked me through all the things I could do before coming to him. I ended up dropping my snowblower off. Dan gave an accurate timetable for when he could diagnose the problem and then called me back! I asked him to fix the problems and make a few other adjustments and got my snowblower back in a week! I would have posted a review sooner, but I wanted to try it out after the first snow. Wow!!! what a difference. My snowblower worked like a new machine! I am very pleased and have recommended that my friends and family go here for service.
