Really honest people. I recently told Kevin to spend up to $500 to fix my heap. He got it going for just over $300. That’s never happened anywhere else.

I have been going to Jones Automotive for years. This is the only place I take my truck and SUV. Paul, Marie and the mechanics are fantastic!! Always great service and advice. They don't fix things that are not needed. Prices are good and the work is excellent!!!

Coachman Motorhome I brought our motorhome to Don’s Auto Care Center in East Windsor, Ct. because he was one of the few independent repair facilities, in the area, that was equipped to work on the chassis of our motorhome. I made a list of things that needed to be checked since this unit is 20 years old and needed a complete chassis inspection and evaluation. I met Kate, the Service writer, when we dropped it off. She said she would get back to me in a day or so with an explanation of what they found and the cost. When she called back there was quite a list of things that they found needing immediate attention and I authorized them to go forward with the repairs. I must say Kate was great, very professional and knowledgeable during the entire process. There was a delay because some parts were wrong. Again, Kate called to give me an update and apologized for the delay which was very reassuring. When the vehicle was ready for pickup Kate contacted me. The estimate that they had given me in the beginning was the same amount that was due for the repairs - no surprises ,no add-ons, just good common business sense. If I could rate this repair facility higher than five stars I would. It is nice to know that there are still honest repair facilities out there with great help and that personal touch that was given to us. In closing I would just like to say that Don’s Auto Care Center should be the model that all other auto repair facilities follow. Thank you Rick & Connie Knowles

I’ve gone to Cars, LLC ever since 2012 when my husband and I moved to CT. They do the best work out of anybody around town. I’ve taken my car there for standard maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotation, as well as more serious repairs. I drive an older Nissan Murano, and they have seen that car through all sorts of issues. I’ve never had a problem making an appointment with them, and they are always clear when they explain any problems with the car. The best part is the hospitality. Whenever my car needs to be at the shop for a few hours for repairs, they will drop me off at home so I don’t have to wait there, which is especially helpful with a toddler in tow. You can’t go wrong with this family-owned business.

I look back on our first encounter and how you had me speak with your dad on the issues we found.
