I have only had positive experiences here. They are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Excellent service. Very trustworthy. Will explain car terminology in simple terms so that even if your not a mechanic you can understand what is being done and what was wrong with your vehicle.

Thank you Kristin for that. It was nice to see you and your 2014 Hyundai Elantra again yesterday. We know car repair can be expensive and more so when you don’t really know what you are paying for and worst when the problem is still there after spending a lot of money. We try to take that fear away by being transparent in what we do and why it cost what it does. Because we feel when you know the WHY it went wrong and understand the WHAT it take to correct, in easy to understand terms you can make a sound decision on the best course of action for you and your vehicle and assured that it will be fixed right the first time. The guys here are all very smart and whatever I can't do myself at home they are my first call. Knowledgeable people that actually have heart and care. Never have I felt like I'm being pressured or harassed here. Whatever your vehicle repairs are, these guys can do it all. Would recommend and have recommended to my friends and family. Jake, Kevin Sr. and Kevin Jr. are my go to guys. Also, their used car selection is pretty good for a place their size. To conclude, Middlesex Auto is a family owned business that has quality, intelligent, well trained, ASE certified employees and fair prices.

Great garage and great bunch of folks that work there. Recently had a part go bad that they installed a few months back. Dropped my car off, got it back the next day, no charge! Awesome service and hospitality!

Im an aircraft mechanic with 35+ years of experience. On a recent business trip to Bradley Intl from NYC my Mercury Milan started leaking transmission fluid. Unwilling to risk the drive back to NYC and risk blowing the trans. I located Dons repair shop on google. I spoke to the shop and was pleased to hear them respond that if I could get it to the shop they could look at it right away. I was impressed by the operation the second I walked thru the door. Well organized shop, several mechanics working in a clean well organized shop, all in uniforms. 90 mins after pulling in they found the leaking transmission pressure line which had failed at a bend near the radiator. They fabricated replacement lines serviced and road tested my car and had me out the door for $200. I was very impressed that as a traveler Don treated me like "regular" and its clear why this shop is busy
