I got a flat tire around 3 pm (they close at 5), and didn't have a quality spare on hand. I was towed to John's shop on about 30 minute's notice, and they were able to grab new tires for me, get them on my car, get them aligned, and have me out the door to make a 6 pm appt. I wish that this place wasn't all the way out in Cromwell; it's hard to find a good, honest shop with great customer service and management.

Thank you Michael, we love what we do here and know that sometimes our customers time is more important than ours or our desire to close up shop at the end of the day. You take great care of your 2011 Ford Escape. It was a pleasure sending sometime with you while the guys did your tires and alignment. We wish you were closer too. John is always a pleasure to work with. Much more of a personable feel at CARS, as opposed to the dealership. John is my go to guy for any automotive need. First off, I would like to say that John and Debbie were extremely accommodating. I was able to get an immediate appointment, and the work was done that day so I didn't have to worry about finding an alternate means of transportation. I knew there were other issues with my car unrelated to the problem I brought it in for, and John clearly explained them to me without being pushy about getting these repairs done. I ended up having all problems taken care of, and I didn't have to spend the day waiting at the garage. Debbie gave me a ride home and picked me up as soon as my car was ready. This is A+ service I have never experienced at any other auto repair shop. On top of all of this, they also offer a 10% discount for all veterans, which was a nice surprise. I will continue to use CARS for any future vehicle issues I have, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient repair shop.
